PC build with kids

Last weekend my kids asked if we could build a computer together. I’m not sure where the idea stemmed from, but it was raining and it seemed like a good idea.

Why no video card?

The use my kids want to make of this PC remains hypothetical. The integrated graphics are sufficient, and when they're ready to play more sophisticated games we'll find a suitable graphics card.

How it worked out

The kids loved adjusting the offset screws to mount the motherboard to the case, running the power cables to the power supply, and more. They're happy to have another machine to play games on. More details about the experience in this post here
